This is not a one-size-fits-all massage.
Each session blends proven therapeutic techniques — including Neuromuscular Therapy, Table Thai, and Deep Tissue — guided by what you're working through and where your body needs focused attention.
Sessions may include hot stones, fascia tools, or assisted stretching based on your therapeutic goals.

First-time clients are required to book the 90-minute session. This allows time for a full intake assessment and to establish a clear treatment plan before work begins.
All sessions are currently focused on therapeutic bodywork.
