BOOKING & SCHEDULING

  • All appointments are booked online at revivebodyworkz.com. Select your session, choose a date and time, and complete payment at booking. No calls or texts needed.

  • No account is required. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to manage your appointment.

  • Your confirmation email contains a direct link to reschedule or cancel your appointment. No login needed — just use that link.

  • Appointments can be booked up to 3 months in advance. Booking ahead is recommended as availability fills quickly.

  • Please contact us by email as soon as possible at maria@revivebodyworkz.com. Arriving late may result in a shortened session. The full session fee applies regardless of arrival time. Arriving 25 or more minutes late to a 60-minute session will result in automatic cancellation and a full session fee charge.

  • All major credit and debit cards are accepted through our secure online booking system.

  • Full payment at booking protects your appointment time and ensures availability for all clients. This policy applies to all new appointments.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the session fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full session fee. To cancel or reschedule, use the link in your confirmation email or contact maria@revivebodyworkz.com.

  • No-shows are charged the full session fee. Repeated no-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments.

PAYMENTS & POLICIES

GIFT CERTIFICATES

  • Gift certificates can be purchased directly through the booking page. Select the session length and complete your purchase online.

  • The recipient will receive a redemption code by email. They enter the code at checkout when booking their appointment online at revivebodyworkz.com.

  • Gift certificates are valid for six months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.

  • Yes, multiple gift certificates can be purchased in a single transaction.

  • If you received a gift certificate prior to our current system, please contact us at maria@revivebodyworkz.com and we will get your appointment scheduled manually.

NEW CLIENTS

  • The 90-minute session is required for all first-time clients. It includes a full intake assessment, health history review, and hands-on treatment. This allows time to establish a clear treatment plan before work begins.

  • Yes. New clients are required to complete the intake form online prior to their first appointment. A link is included in your confirmation email.

AFTER YOUR SESSION

  • This depends on your goals. For general maintenance, once a month works well for most clients. For pain management or injury recovery, more frequent sessions may be recommended. Your therapist will discuss a plan with you.
