This is not a one-size-fits-all massage.
Each session is integrative and responsive — blending therapeutic techniques with somatic awareness and a nervous system-informed pace. Maria draws from a wide range of modalities, including Neuromuscular Therapy, Table Thai, and Deep Tissue, always guided by what your system needs in the moment.
Sessions may include hot stones, fascia tools, or gentle stretching to help the body soften, settle, and return to balance.
This work is now part of the Raíz Somática™ approach — a broader system of body-based support, tools, and practices for long-term regulation and integration. (More coming soon.)

If you’re a first-time client, please book a 90-minute session. This session includes a full intake form and time to assess your needs before treatment begins.
At this time, sessions are focused solely on bodywork. Somatic integration and deeper work will return later in the year.
